Watercolor illustration of the Monarch Butterfly displays its complete metamorphosis from tiny egg to chrysalis to magnificent flier. The orange showy flowers are that of Butterfly Milkweed, also known as Orange Milkweed (scientific name Asclepias tuberosa). Each print is numbered in an edition of 250 and signed by Northern Michigan artist Dani Knoph Davis.

Print measures 11" x 17" and is professionally printed in Northern Michigan, on a textured matte paper—certified archival, 310gsm, 100% cotton fiber, acid and lignin free. Prints arrive packaged on rigid backboard in a clear protective sleeve.
